Ty for sharing your skills, much appreciated ! I lost all my art supplies a year back in a flood and I just got a nice little package in the Post!! Getting ready to get back into it and everything now goes at least 3m off the floor!
Hi Christopher, I am so glad I discovered your paintings, they are really inspirational. I had become somewhat bored with what I was painting and you have shown what is possible by letting the paint and or ink do it’s own thing. I’ve just watched your video of some little boats as the sun was setting and there is one small point you might want to consider. Boats are usually anchored at the bow end so they swing with the current. Therefore they all end up pointing the same way. Maybe your painting was of a lake on a still day. It’s only a little thing and hardly distracts from the beauty of your painting. My favourite so far is of trees done mostly in ink. I have ordered some 140 lb paper so I can have a go at this and a new hake brush. Once again, thank you so much for sharing your skills Valerie Allard
Thank you Valerie, glad you like the videos. Thanks for the information regarding boat anchors, know very little about boats, so tend to just make things up as I go!!

I like the penny trick. I have traced a coin, but never lifted with one. Brilliant! Also, happy holidays!

Really beautiful Chris, thanks so much. Do you stretch your paper first, or just tape it down as it is?
Thanks, Jerry. I just tape it straight to the board.
Great lesson. Thank you. I will try something along those lines.
