Great video love seeing all the cows following you…
You got the cows trained for the WHOA!✋ hand signal when you open the gate to feed.
They are pretty well behaved I have forgotten the gate all night cows still in🤠
@@Ranchingsodak that says a lot about how you take care of your cows. They know how good they got it where they're at.
Great video Matt
Nice 🙂
My little herd is 325 i have them trailed to move from one field to another by calling COME ON and it works with no feed. Cows are trainable. Thanks

just curious is most of your pasture in native grasses and how many pairs can you run on a section in an average year ??? im not familiar with your area im east in ol ky !!
Fall cows look great, how many pounds of silage, hay, and ddgs did you feed?
This must have been filmed over a week ago. I think you got a bunch of snow a few days ago. I hear Aberdeen got 8 inches of snow. Here in Sioux Falls we got an inch or 2.
Have you always calved in the summer months? Do you struggle with fly and heat stress on new born calves?
Yes . may here is not bad for flys we get em out on summer pastures to calve and seem to do fine
Just curious on your thinking crossing wagyu into your cattle. Are you hoping for a premium on the feeders that are crossed up with it?
Oi 👍👍👍👍👍👍
I’ve lost a lot of pasture to weeds by trying to feed on it to save manure hauling.
I went back to
Sacrificial small lot to feed again.
Your cattle sure eat good...
They look fat & happy
