Hey there, mate! Please, tell me the timecode on video, because there are at least two pearls in a game. I need to know which one you are considered about.

You can get a poisonous pearl right from the beginning by killing the first boss with no hits received, it will drop a pearl that makes your arrows poisonous, and you can get the same pearl at a saleswoman just before the second encounter with the lady of the tits, be careful tho, your arrows will create a cloud of poison, if you happen to walk into it (sometimes even close to it) will poison you. ❤
