The old model of that which is kelsey is really unbelievable..got so much to fill in,the opening is wide and that's what I like abt it.now it's prairie,the new kelsey version😘

yes I have had that problem before and I had to fiddle with it all the time but try arrange differently or take it off and stick the leather strap between some books to train it to be straighter after a week try it on your bag

yes it is a little bigger but I like both for different functions and the Prairie is more like everyday
