This tutorial is for what is #agile development in hindi. This video shows the overview of agile software development principles in hindi. Agile is a part of system development life-cycle(SDLC) and business analysis.
“Agile Development” is an umbrella term for several iterative and incremental software development methodologies. The most popular agile methodologies include Scrum, Crystal, Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM), Lean Development, and Feature-Driven Development (FDD).
While each of the agile methodologies is unique in its specific approach, they all share a common vision and core values (see the Agile Manifesto).

Thanks for the information. Please share information about the time estimations in agile.
For estimation please go through video on Story points : ua-cam.com/video/GDKAt-P9AZk/v-deo.html
V informative
Thank you🙏🙏
Also, then why do we need productive hours calculation if we are measuring velocity on the basis of total hours ?
Sir can u share this project which u used in jira.
Is it possible to take backup in jira?
thanks for the informative video..one question ,what if the team was never able to work on full capacity ,then which figure we have to take from capacity ?
Thanks for watching Kevalji🙏🙏Whatever capacity team is working on we need to figure out velocity accordingly👍👍 velocity of team totally depends on capacity .
What is the maximum story points we can assign to user story. Can you advice
Lesser the story point better to work on it so keep it less then 13 for any story👍👍
I need to understand how to calculate capacity according on the basis of story points....what is a 25 story point is estimated..how to handle it
Capacity is not about estimating story points. Capacity is checked to understand if story points taken in that sprint is as per our capacity or not. It helps us to estimate how much velocity we can go upto. Thanks for watching Priyankaji
Very nice video. So the conclusion is that we can only determine velocity only after few sprints. What if we need to create the initial agile project plan and provide estimation. Is it supposed to be done based on existing estimation techniques ?
Shwetabhji waise toh agile mai you cannot determine/plan/decide estimate from begning as then it is not agile its waterfall but still if u want to do it you need to take relative work into consideration and then determine according to that if you know capacity of your Squad/team. But that is actully not accurate or correct. Not a good practice in agile. For any more information you can whatsapp to discuss👍 +65 98480214.
@@amitTech11 something missing in what's up number

thanks for the video sir...one question I have. May be its a similar one to my last question.
Consider there is a UserStory which requires front-end(UI changes), API(Changes) and DB changes are required.Assume that it might take 20 hours to complete the task. So here if we want to give story-point for this what number we need to give?
I am new to Agile model so asking this question, request you to help me on this.
Will update u
M pji first of all you cannot compare story points to hours. Is this 20 hours u are taking for developmenr only or it includes testing, automation and everything becuase in user story you have to consider everything end to end. Compare this story with any other story which has similiar type of work and see if it will take more or less effort than that and then ask each memeber of team to give story point number depending about complexity, dependency and risk. Number can be anything but if the difference between story points is too much then discuss and finalise. Difference between 2 story points and 5 is not considered but difference between 2 and 13 should be discussed👍👍👍
@@amitTech11 Okay Thank you Sir...One question again...Say for the development alone it takes 10 hours and if the developer needs to provide storypoint# from developer end(for code tasks) then how much we can quote for it. Thanks in advance.
Thanks Amit this was useful. But can u pls share me something without historical data how can we arrive to velocity?
Good question will try to make video on that Anilji🙏🙏🙏
please find my latest uploaded video. Taken your query.
Nice content.. Do we have same video in only English?
Sorry only in Hindi right now
How to create story point?

amit maximum hours how u calculated is i wanted to check ,if productive hr is 7 hrs/day n we have 2 weeks ie 10 days ,thn its 10days*7 hrs*5 (resource) =350 ,please correct if its true
Thanks for watching🙏🙏 Yes correct👍
how to find the velocity of first spirnt
If same team is working for other project and starting new sprint for that project then by historical data or experience. Else if its for totaly new team and project then its upto team to decide how much story can be taken. But nobody can question for first sprint that this is the velocity and u have to take it.
Can we calculate velocity of each individual in scrum development team?
How we can assign user stories to team member based on their individual average velocity?
Pl respond.
Thanks.
Aijaz bhai velocity is not calculated for individual person and if we are doing it its not Agile. We should never assign any US to any member. Let him pick the story he want to work on and we can just provide or suggest the name of person to pick but it totaly depends on individual person. SM never assign any story to any member. We can only check capacity of team by seeing there leaves and all. But we can make sure that atleast 8 or more story points are assigned to each member to get better output.
@@amitTech11 thanks. I need to share with you two items one is priotized list of stories with estimates and otherone is list of resources available alongwith thier skills set snd average velocity.
I want to create a mock sprint plan with these information

Hi sir, Need one assistance i am a new SM and Our team is working on scrumban and they gave Tshirt size to every task and we generally do not follow typical 14 days sprint but we keep refinement, retrospective and review meetings after 12 days.
Just want to understand how i can calculate the velocity or capacity in this.
As i say currently we dont give story points but tshirt size only what would be the correct way to handle the things in this scenario
TShirt sizing is the activity to identify how many sprints are approximatley required to complete some story. It helps to plan better. For TShirt size you dont need to have Velocity and capacity of team. Only during refinement and planning when you are working on specific sprint you need to know that. For more discussion you can whatsapp me at +65 98480214
@@amitTech11 Thank You sir, I will connect
Hi, you calculated velocity on the basis of total hours and not productive hours ?! Can you please confirm
