I don't think cheating is okay but the first time the question was brought up Liz specifically said she can't forgive him if he had a baby outside of their marriage. So if I'm right what I think the main thing is the forgiving. In a cheating instance they can probably forget about it and move on but a child is a life long reminder and commitment.
