Thank you for your thorough comparison of the ND gold and warm palettes. The hunt for my perfect eyeshadow palettes continues! I do not like orangey or yellowish colors on my face/eye makeup. I prefer the a more neutral and natural looks. But I LOVE Chantecaille! The brand is conservative but pricey! More my taste but I wait for a sale to purchase. Their blush and lip products look great! I so enjoy your content as our skin tone is similar! Have a blessed Holiday Season!
Thanks for the honest review and swatches. That was so helpful! I didn’t pick up either ND palettes this year as these warm, peachy golden colorways are not for me. But I loved the INAW side better on you. Also your blouses are gorgeous if you haven’t done an outfits video yet!
@@MikiCarrBeauty Thanks so much! Glad it was helpful. :) Yeah, when I use these warm palettes, I find myself primarily gravitating toward the cooler tones in them. I’ve been wanting to incorporate more fashion in my channel! Embarrassingly, one of the main reasons I don’t is that I haven’t figured out a good full-body camera set-up. Camerawork is definitely not my strong suit. 😅
I’ve been playing with “I Need A Warm” and found that using it with my favorite “I Need a Nude” palette gives me the perfect warm neutral that I wanted to shake things up a bit🤗 without going too warm. In terms of yellow gold, I think that Pat McGrath’s Mothership Subliminal and Divine Rose palettes have shimmer/sparkling gold shades that fit the bill. Thanks for your swatches and comparisons 😊!
@@lindas1518 Nice, that’s a good idea! INAN is one of the few ND palettes I don’t own. I should probably pick it up at some point. The only reason I didn’t get it when it came out is that I had just picked up the Glam palette. But INAN seems like most people’s favorite. I love those pale yellow golds from PMG! I find them easier to use than the really saturated yellow golds in the Golden palette.
@@areteanbeautyI like the Glam palette a lot and use it often but INAN is in a league of its own since I actually use every shade! Additionally, the three wet effect shadows (which I believe there’s one in the Golden palette) are so beautiful and special making it worth every penny for me💗
I skipped both because I just don’t think they are for me. The warm will turn too orange (I think I would just use the left more neutral tones). On the other hand the gold is too mustardy and too gold. I love my nude and my glam that are more on the cool side on me but I would welcome a truly neutral brown palette from Natasha like the 1st ethereal eyes from Mario or the spice from Anastasia on the champagne light side with some chocolate. Are lovely palettes but not for my undertone at this point in time, I would just partially use them. I also have the bronze palette and the Biba that will scratch my warm itch if needed and the gold I can get from my Pat McGrath.

Super helpful take and the way you did the comparison! Even educational in the way you approach these 2 palettes. Thank you 😊

I purchased the "I Need a Warm " but yet to use it. You create 2 beautiful eyelooks. Purchased a few things from the Chantecaille sale as well😊🖤
@@LocMaiden Thanks! Hope you enjoy the palette. I’ve been really loving my Chantecaille haul :) so expensive, but love the packaging and formulas!

@@patriciaquintela899 I agree - I’d love it if ND came out with a true neutral brown palette! :) I wonder if that’s in the works for next year
