- In this video, I'll use Code.Game to Code Flappy Bird, a Video game.
I'm pretty sure it's actually BETTER than scratch, so make sure to watch the full video to see what features it does and scratch DOESN'T.

This clone is literally KILLING scratch. It has an option for 3D and has way more block options, but the only thing holding it back is the community.
Theres no sharing option so youncannot share your project. Scratch is way better

If you go to the Events section, there is a restart block, which restarts the game from the beginning, so you could use that to fix the flappy bird game, thingy. :>

As a scratcher, I can say that the drop down menu for pressed/released is cool and would save time while we're coding.
fun fact: that ripoff has minecraft music and the template for 3d is a minecraft spaceship build, so its minecraft AND scratch ripoff.
The fact this version has physics blocks could really help make much better platformers. The only fix I need is on the "costumes"
It seems the problem with this compared to scratch is that while scratch has blocks that are simpler and teach you how to code, this does most of the work for you.

As someone who used MIT app inventor, a phone app builder, it’s more like someone decided to make a phone app builder with the easy use of scratch’s simplicity (but definitely their own style) of block coding. Which I find really cool. But then again there’s obviously the very derivative mascot.

this is actually pretty good, but the problem is that the sprite editor... sucks.... because the dot drag thing doesnt exist...
but this sure is actually good for younger people but not for a baby, its more like for a 6 year old.

Ok, most of you say, this is better than Scratch, right? Maybe it is, but this has done many many code for us in more blocks, so you need less code, so you can create simple but very good games. Scratch is different, you all have to code it yourself, with less blocks but more script. Thats the reason why Scratch has a community, to get code or help from others. Here you have almost every engine that is MADE on Scratch-Code, in just 1 or 2 blocks. So to finish it: If you wanna make some good games, this is very good! But I think the fun of making your own games or projects is, to create WHATEVER you want and WITH THE WAY you want, because the real fun is not the result, it's the coding if of it. I'd just say, stay at Scratch. Respect if you just read that all, thanks.

This looks cool. I use TurboWarp with custom extensions and am able to get some features like Physics and AR. But still pretty cool looking.

Oh boi, this is not a ripoff, this is scratch senior.
Scratch is more accessible. But for the experimented scratch devs, I think this is a lot better because it have physics, hardware, AI and 3D functions. The only difference that makes on of these softwares better than the other is what are your ambitions.

In my opinion, is better than scratch, it have scenes, a little more blocks (damn it have gravity) it have key _ released or pressed (in scratch it need to be like, "if "not(key_ pressed) =true" (i kinda forgor)
The only bad thing is that (according to the comments i saw here ) it dont have sharing option (im not sure, im assuming because of the comments)

When I made my game Fly U Fly & Fly Vio Fly, it got featured back in August (which was a fever dream for me lol) I searched and searched and saw that it was also on this Chinese website. I got incredibly confused but I thought it was funny.

Looks like it's just Scratch with block redesign and more blocks? The names feel like they are only to separate the editor from Scratch.
I honestly don't care about costumes/backgrounds/sounds/music library, since I end up replacing everything anyway. Will not comment on that topic.
Another thing I noticed is that it prevents you from modifying the scripts while the project is running, which is pretty bad and unwanted in some cases.
