I thought the game changed with regard to the airship and it is always in the war report now so the beacon makes no difference apart from the troop boosts. You may want to test it as my estate hasn’t been hit for quite a while but I remember it changing so it may not be worth it so much now.

Having checked the battle reports for farms then even when all marches are out the airship is still included so I think the above comment is correct.
That's interesting. That would make the ship and wonder pointless besides troop capacity. I'll check again when I get a chance. Thanks for the info.
