I’ve been anemic ALL my life ,and I had to be on iron like all the time ,cus if I stop the pills for like 6 months ,my iron level drop. Up until 5 years a doctor that I busted pointed out something rather remarkable. He told me if I eat all the food that have iron in them ,my iron won’t boost up cuz my body can’t absorb the iron that exists in good , so he suggested that i take vit C ( effervescent) during my lunch ,and take a chewable ( chocolate flavor) iron pill with zinc. I’ve been on it ( with breaks in between ), and I’ve been okay ( thank GOD). I’m telling you as something worth looking into with your physician ♥️♥️. You look great as always.

I’m anemic as well and I I had to get on infusion maybe you can ask your doctor if you can take some vitamins to help your iron bind a lot faster that’s what my doctor did for me. Thanks for sharing your experience.
