His steering inputs was very fluid and he was very confident which is awesome! He’ll master driving with more practice and support from y’all and by the time the driving test comes up he’ll pass with ease!

Oh memories lol. I went through this almost a year ago. My nerves are shot lol. So far 2 down 2 to go! My son got his license and is doing awesome, and in March I start teaching my 3rd one.

Watching this made me emotional, Rhett did very well for his first time. His smile showed he really loved this lesson. A few tips, always look well ahead, ( 15 - 20 ) seconds ahead, keep your eyes moving, (every 2-3 seconds) including a mirror check every 5 - 10 seconds, and keep a following distance of at least 3 - 5 seconds, good luck Rhett. 👌

Ahh can’t believe how fast he’s grown up!! U will be a great driver Rhett! I’ve been driving since I was 17 I’m now 20 and I’m sure u will be be great I’ve got ADHD was diagnosed at 3 years old and was always told I would struggle with driving due to my concentration issues but I find it really puts me to the test and really helps specially when I need some alone time nice late night drives with the music on it’s great!! GOOD LUCK 🤍

In the UK you have to have reached the age of 17 before you can take your driving test. But you can drink alcohol in pubs as soon as you reach 18, whereas in the States I do believe it's 21.
I would have my license but driving is anxiety inducing for me like panic attack bad so I will stick to not driving for now😅
There’s a certain logic in it. Here (UK) you must be 17 to get a provisional, but after four months of professional lessons you could have a proper license (although 40% or more fail 1st time). A full year of driving with your parents sounds reasonable (in all weathers, etc).
