  • Kaidale is a chicken lover so I'm always on the hunt for new recipes. I also really love meal prepping because it makes our life flow so much more smoothly when dinner is prepped and ready ahead of time. I stumbled across a UA-cam channel where I found 5 marinades that looked delicious. While watching this video I was also convinced to go ahead and pull the trigger on purchasing a vacuum sealer which I've been wanting for a while.

    Honey Mustard
    1 lb chicken or salmon
    2 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp fresh minced garlic
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Jerk Chimmichuri
    1 lb chicken or salmon
    1 tbsp wet jerk marinade
    3 tbsp chopped parsley and cilantro
    1 tsp minced scotch bonnet
    2 tbsp minced red onion
    1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp dry jerk seasoning, onion powder, pepper
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    Greek Lemon and Herb
    1 lb chicken or salmon
    juice 1/2 lemin
    1 tbsp garlic
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp each salt and oregano
    1/2 tsp each chili flakes and black pepper
    rosemary
    thyme
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp fresh dill
    Chipotle Adobo
    1 lb chicken
    1 chipotle pepper in adobo
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp each garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, pepper
    1/2 tsp cumin and coriander
    1/2 tbsp honey or sugar
    juice 1 lime
    2 tbsp olive oil
    Chicken shawarma
    1 lb chicken
    juice 1/2 lemon
    2 tbsp fresh garlic
    1/2 tsp each cumin and coriander
    1 tsp pepper
    1/2 tbsp paprika
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp cinnamon or allspice
    1/2 tsp chilli flakes
    2 tbsp olive oil
