Don't usually like new builds but I would gladly move in this one. Been really well thought out. Fireplace in the living room and would be perfect. You two are wonderful house sales people. Love the way that you show ever nook and cranny.
I agree. This home has a little character. There's nothing worse than new builds with box shaped rooms.
I love Red row homes. They are a cut above. The room sizes are spot on, the interior decoration is fab and helpful when trying to choose your own. And both of you doing the premier viewing was a good pick on the company’s behalf. You go the extra mile, your humour is wonderful and Max’s relaxation technique will, I’m sure be copied by the nations youth 😱😂. Thank you both so much. And Redrow for your class and quality. ☘️

The best yet!,the office out of the way but easy access to the house. Loved the principal bedroom what a place to sleep, no TV in our bedroom go to sleep watching it in the lounge now. Thought it might have had access to the double garage from the utility. It was ideal for entry when l've been out with the dogs. Then l call it a boot room the difference about K3 when you sell it. Redrow just drip quality. Keep going guy's.
A really nice home. Love all the bathrooms and bedrooms. Kitchen was big and done so pretty A great family home and well decorated. Thanks guys for a wonderful tour. 👏🏻💕

What a gorgeous home - it’s a really practical layout and really substantial. I’d definitely need a stepladder to get anything in that wardrobe though!

What a beautiful house ❤ but sometimes I do wonder how to maintain it clean regularly 😂 Maybe the people who can afford this type of house have enough💰 to have a cleaner 😜
This house would be perfect if the downstairs hallway wasn't so tight. Looking at the floor plan could there be potential to bring the front door forwards about a metre, so that it's plush with the rest of the house? Also the towel rail inside the main bedroom en suite shower, why an earth is that there, I hope that's an optional extra....

Love the tours you guys do. always fun to watch. But I just wanted to comment on that kitchen! so many WHYs!! As a kitchen designer, so many things could've been done so much better without even increasing the budget. With a house of this size (and no doubt price tag) even as a buyer I would expect much more from the kitchen space.

I despair, Elliott and Matt. Do you think that there is ANY chance that by the time Redrow get to the end of this massive development they will have begun to future proof their houses? When will they ditch the gas and ensure that the insulation in the property is of more interest to the purchaser than the number of cupboards in the kitchen?

Very nice house. Great office space. We all work from home now. The kitchen is very similar to mine. The retro 1980's colour scheme is very nice. You just know if you buy that home you will be living next door to Hyacinth.
The 2 Fridges is just silly, rather have one big one, that situation costs you double and your always in the wrong one. Nice house the kitchen needs work though.

I'd have loved a big Redrow bay window in the sitting room - easier to keep an eye on Maureen.
Do Redrow ever include bungalows in their developments? Elderly parents could then live close to their families. Bungalows should include more drawers (easier to access) and fewer overhead cupboards and sinks should not be inset but cover the whole unit. Tottering elders tend to splash a lot.
No bidet! Maureen has cold showers to quell her fantasies about you two...

Lol! Yes Redrow do build some bungalows but they are not usually show homes. We would love to tour an empty one though.

We find that the overall furnishings and styling which make up the interior design are fun to interact with and aid us in showcasing how you could live in the space with a bit of fun thrown in. Which was your favourite room? 😁
