GINGERBREAD TIRAMISU CUPCAKES
Makes 20
429g all-purpose flour
265g brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
375ml of milk
125ml vegetable oil
125g unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp Greek yogurt (can substitute with sour cream)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1tsp ginger powder
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp cloves
2 tbsp molasses
chocolate sauce
2 tbsp instant coffee powder
4 tbsp hot water
cocoa powder
Frosting
1 batch cream cheese frosting

OMG 😱😱😱 Nick!!!!!!! FIREWORK CUPCAKES WITH POPPING CANDY!!!! That would be amazing for NEW YEARS!!!! You would totally ace this! It could be colourful or it could have some vibrant sugar firework type decoration. I totally get that you always get loads of requests! This would just be a lovely end to a bad year for me. Hey Nick! As a kid ,teenager (even now ) I always wanted to be a dauntless initiate (I am a huge fan of the divergent trilogy ).
Just in case you don’t know, dauntless is a faction that correspond to the people who are brave. Growing up, I was always bullied and body shamed, but I never knew if I were brave or not. So prove it to myself, I always wanted to be a part of that faction, as it makes you go through a series of tests and you can realise how brave and courageous you are.

When I was young I wanted to be a veterinarian because of my extreme love of animals and as I got older I wanted to be a clothing designer. I am now a pastry chef with a bachelors in pastry arts but I still love animals and enjoy sewing clothes as my hobby

When I was younger, I wanted to be an astronaut, then a cashier, then a priest (hehe yes me too!), then an osteopath hehe! But I finished studying smth else! And I would love to be a good pâtissier like you ! 💕 Nick 💕
I wanted to be a painter or cartoon artist ❤ but I was told that those careers wouldn't give me enough money to live well and I was not good enough 😐 if I could travel in time I'd go back to my childhood and tell myself not to be scared for those things people said to me and keep painting and drawing😊

I’m still kind of young (beginning of my 20’s) but, when I was little and still to this day, I’ve always loved dancing. I was born into a whole family of dancers, and I kind of followed in their footsteps.
Today, I continue sharing my love and passion for dance, working as a dance teacher and choreographer in California.
Aside from dance, there’s actually TWO things that I’ve wanted to be when I was younger.
1. A Rhythmic Gymnast - gymnastics is my favorite sport but I really love the fluidity and grace of rhythmic gymnastics.
2. Disneyland Worker - I am a HUGE DISNEY GEEK! I love everything Disney! When I was younger, I’ve always wanted to work @ Disneyland. Whether it’d be a dancer, entertainer, whatever it may be.
PS - I’ve actually danced @ Disneyland when I was younger with my dance team.

When I was younger I wanted to be a lawyer but when I told a family member they just laughed and said I couldn't and shouldn't. This was a massive blow and really shook my confidence. After that I really struggled to decide what I wanted to be as I was really quite set on being a lawyer. Then One day I thought no I'm not going to let them dictate my life decisions just because they disapprove. Now I've received offers to law at uni. I've worked hard and it's payed off, but I've done it for myself not anybody else.

When I Was younger I wanted to be a Doctor. I washed my hands like I was a Doctor. Now 39 years old I am a hairdresser and pastry chef. Hairdressing is my full time job. I went to culinary school mid career. Now I do both and I love it.
Omg that’s awesome haha. This isn’t the same thing but when I was about 8 I had to get glasses which was fine by me cos I loved super man and I thought having glasses automatically made me a superhero like super man lol

Interesting to say this, i wanted to be of many of things. An Astronaut in kindy, in the Army from Yr 5 to Yr 10, Police officer from Yr 5 to Yr 9 and an Archaeologist from Yr 5 up until Yr 9. Good thing i’m neither of then because they sound like they’re going to be hard work so i went for a Fine Arts Bachelor Degree at UNSW; so that way i can build up my knowledge and get to be a UA-camr easier. I wanted to be an artist and a doctor and a teacher all at once. Then I saw "Sister Act" and decided I would be a singing nun (I'm not Catholic lol). Then I got a chemistry teacher who loved to do demonstrations, so I am still trying to afford school to be a teacher who inspires students to pursue the sciences via explosions in the classroom!
I really wanted to be a surfer when I was younger then opted for anything where I can work with animals, particularly dogs 😍, now I want to do anything where I can express myself creatively. I’m majoring in graphic design but I might take classes for photography and videography as well. And I might want to take a class on business in the summer 😂
I dreamed of being a paleontologist when I was little, I loved dinosaurs and the mysteries that followed them. I could name all of them and I was like 5!!! But the idea of being an astronaut also intrigued me and still does to this day 💫

I was always outshined by my sister in school... and this may sound kind of sad, but i never had a specific thing I wanted to be when I grew up... when asked “what do you want to be when you grow up?” I always responded with “something that my parents can be proud of” because up and to that point I was always told to “do better” and “get stuff done like your sister” and I just wanted to say that they were proud of me but they had expectations that I could not reach... years later it’s still the same I stand in the shadow of my sister, who not only goes to SMU but is also in the top five percent of all students academically... I am proud of my sister but I didn’t sign up for the years of getting talked down to or yelled at... #ProbablyTooSadToGetAShoutout...

A range of things, from being a veterinarian- because I love animals, teacher- because I loved reading📕, explorer- because I wanted to be like the people who took photographs for nature journals or magazines📷🏞, a marine biologist even though I didn’t know how to swim😂🏊🏽♀️🐋, and maybe some sort of animal rescuer with my own sanctuary.🐆🐅🐘🦏🦍
Cyprus is a beautiful country. I’ve visited there to attend a wedding, I loved the food there and drinks. Especially the Blue Lagoon cocktails! Unfortunately I drank too much #embarrassingmoments 😭😭😭

When I was younger, I wanted to be a teacher. I looked up to teachers because they were the boss of all the kids and everyone listened to what they said. I'm now in high school and if I was a teacher, I would probably lose my mind over all the crazy students.
I wanted to be a Chef and went too college to be a Chef. That was where God had other plans for me and that was to become a mom. Now, my daughter's are 18 & 20 I'm taking much needed time to find out what I want to be when I "grow up". To be honest I love anything to do with business and sales.

When i was younger i wanted to be a baker and make cakes. Until i was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Now i want to be an endocrinologist. That is a scientist who studies the endocrine system and helps people like me with type 1 diabetes.
Hi Nick. I'm missing two ingredient the Greek yogurt and or sour cream and the allspice. And I'm so excited to make this that I want to start right away but is it ok to go without those ingredients? It should I wait until I could find them?
the yogurt/sour cream makes it light and moist. maybe wait until you have the ingredients, or just use plain yogurt if you have it. I don't know if plain yogurt will affect the taste overall, but I don't want to tell you to do something if it isn't approved by someone else. however for the all spice, there could be a spice blend similar to it, or that has allspice In it but I am unsure about how different it will taste without it. sorry I don't have the answers 😕
I made the cupcakes and it tasted delish. It didn't grow though it was thick and sticky but maybe because I steamed them and not bake

For the question: when I was younger, I really really wanted to be a witch. It didn't matter which kind of witch, I just wanted to be able to make potions and have magic in general >~< I even searched up spells and stuff on the internet in hope that my dream would come true. Alas, that was not the case.
Now that I'm older, I know that I may not be able to fly around on brooms or turn people into frogs. However, I can still fulfill parts of the wish through theatre, and I'm planning on cosplaying Elphaba one day. So yeah! Don't give up on your dreams, stay determined! No matter how impossible they seem, you can do it if you never give up~

I know this is unrelated, but for some reason- any time I make macarons I get the texture and everything, but I never get feet. Also, after I smack my trays to get the air bubbles out, my batter isn’t smooth on top, it’s like there’s 20 thousand little air bubbles on top and I never really develop that skin you can gently touch. Please help :)
