This is indeed a public server because if not then i wouldn't even have recorded this video and if i did make a video in a private server i would have put it on the title of the video also if it was a private server it would be a whole lot less people in the server and they would all be added. Matter of fact if that was a private server i wouldn't have kept a single coin that I've collected during my time there.

The admin maps and gamemodes do not appear in the choice; from what I was told there is an admin panel similar to the private server panel to change maps, gamemodes, etc. It also depends on the admin if they want to change them or not. But it's still kind of rare to find admins/mod/dev.
