Thank you Mr. Rosendale. I can't get care because I actually live in an urban city for work, but I prefer to go to my small rural setting for care because it is much easier to get around in the hospital setting where I need to go. I was told I couldn't get care, such as my mammogram, because of my "address."
Took me 6 months to get to have a telecare with my physiatrist. Completely changed my medcation so i had to request a 30 day follow up on if the new meds are functioning correctly for me. So far the new side effects suck. No way i would be able to wait another 6 months before a re-evaluation. It would be fantastic to be able to go into the public sector.
@@scottdaniels3033 Yes it is. When it was very obvious the first year I was seen by the doctor. I was granted 100% after having a radiologist come to my home and take images of my spine. I then took those to the V.A. Veteran's Service Organization who was supposed to be my lawyers/representatives. Who actually were the ones doing all to prevent my receiving a rating of any level. (They removed evidence of my injuries and doctor's visits from my record books!) (I made copies but told them, the one I gave them, was the only one.) The V.A. had multiple images of my spine and with multiple imaging sources. X-RAY, MRI, ULTRASOUND. They wouldn't allow any of the images to be presented at any of the hearings I had. Which was over five. And I had to force them to have those. You continue to ask yourself what's wrong that they can't come to a conclusion. Then you learn it's only ONE DETERMINATION TEAM WHO TRAVELS THE WORLD TO HEAR DISABILITY CLAIMS OF VETERANS! Can you imagine how many veterans there are in multiple places across the world? *ONE TEAM?* And they'll have you come in to see their doctors ON A SATURDAY WHEN EVERYTHING IN THE V.A. IS CLOSED! And transportation isn't running as it would during rush hour. If you have weekends public transportation. You'll need to take your lunch with you. A RE-EVALUATION SHOULDN'T BE UNTIL AFTER EVERY 5 YEARS UP TO 10 YEARS ONLY! They charged me for everything from 1986 to 2001, from 2001 to 2010 I had co-pays they never should have charged me for. DO NOT SEE ANY DOCTORS OUTSIDE OF THE V.A. HEALTHCARE SYSTEM! No matter what they say we as veterans can do now. *TREATMENT RECEIVED BY ANY DOCTORS OUTSIDE OF THE V.A. HEALTHCARE SYSTEM CAN AND WILL VOID ALL CLAIMS FOR BENEFITS!*
In the past 4 years the mission act has changed and become more complicated and making judgments on veterans without contacting veteran or there primary care givers!
They’ve turned the mission act into the mission ax! I love the speaker lLady she knows see ya in January!😁

It took me 25 years before being granted 100%.

One of my comments is missing.
The most important of them.

More time is always needed. Time is always the excuse.
