The pain is intense in the front right groin and into my thigh, ll the way down to my foot. This time i for sure noticed a little back pain first. And I've been told my glutes are off. I have really bad posture from shingle roofing for 18 years and really bad flat feet. I did not injure myself but suddenly I got right side hip problems. Would my work history cause these issues? Sorry I forgot, I did and do your inside bend and stretch for the rightside paraformious and that really did relieve the pain there but now the pain has moved to another location. Would love to be able to put my sock on with a bended knee while sitting. God bless

Can a symptom also be your glute not fire well? Like when contracting glute, a lot of other muscle around it fire too. Also can a tight hamstring be a symptom of it as well?
That’s often part of the same issue. Super common with hip and groin issues. Even backs. Challenge to turn on unless you find out WHY it’s turn off anyways
This is exactly what is going on with me. My groin pain got so bad that I went into the emergency room and they performed a CT on my soft tissue and found nothing wrong and sent me home. But the pain has persisted since then and it turns out that it is my back, just as you are pointing out in this video.

And I have b been dealing with this for a very long time now and I'm frustrated because I do all of the exercises all the PT and I just keep getting sent home and I'm in a lot of pain and cannot perform my exercises😮 this really sucks so I was wanting to know what you have been doing about it? @@brittanysuppes I have been doing the exercises that he shows where he lies on the ground face down and then props his upper body up on his elbows and I stretch it out that way. It has really helped! 👍🏼

Hello, can the reverse happen? The reason i ask is because i had epididymitis few months back. During the initial days, i felt a pain going from tge scrotum through the groin and front to the back. And since then, i have lower back pain.
Hey there! Thanks for checking out the video. It’s funny we’ve noticed that some people with this type of condition have an increased of their problem with squatting while others don’t. I think it’s depending upon the phase and subset type of injury they have. Normally we find people with increased symptoms with squatting tend to have some form of pelvic tilt issue or impingement of the hip. While I’d love to say that everybody has the exact same stretches and exercises to do, that would be incorrect. If you’d like to figure out what type of weights are safe, we’d have to figure out if they address the correct target tissue intended for the exercise. we can do that with a simple assessment if you’d like.

Wouldn’t resting weighted barbell across your front hips with your shoulders on a bench & feet under knee’s & lowering your but toward the floor & then raising your butt up so that your hips & shoulders are in the same plane, work your glute max?
I think you’re referring to a barbell hip thrusts. It’s only one way to help strengthen the Max. But the glute Max also functions within single leg stance. That’s why other exercises such as split squats, and RDL’s can be helpful to further strength in it where bilateral movements like a barbell hip thrusts are adequate.
