- This discourse was delivered by Nithyananda on 1st April, 2017, as Day 1 of the intense two day transformational program called Be Your Own Boss, expands beautifully on how to live a rich life and manifest everything you want by changing your cognition about self and wealth.
Neither your ideas about being your own boss are right, nor are they wrong. Whatever ideas about being your own boss aremake you joyful also empower you! If you choose to be your own boss because being a worker is too hard, it will lead to being a poor man's idea of a rich man. Feeling empowered matters! When you choose out of empowerment, you will make yourself a success. In this video, Nithyananda explains how:
Cognitions create your reality. Understanding what you want is the foundation, it's a basic necessity. Your cognitions are created by your understandings. If you don't have what you want in life now, look in and see: what do you want? If you don't have the clarity about what you want, you will not be able to manifest it.
Swamiji explains that a poor man's idea about being a rich man is not the same as a rich man's life. Poor man will think a rich man lives only for owning possessions or taking time off, while a truly rich man lives for Experiences, with Responsibility. A poor man who becomes rich will always live in fear of losing the wealth, and greed for more. The same way, a man who is free will enjoy life much more deeply than the imagined life of a free man by a slave. Being your own boss means living the life of a rich man's idea about being a rich man; a leader's idea about being a leader.

Respected Swaroopapriyananda Ma Nithya, Blessings darling soul, my amazement is growing by a second from the time I met up with miracle work Swami does. You are eternaly blessed to be at this place with Swami himself. My question directly to Him through you is this: As a single mother for 10 yrs now, daughters Anja, Matea and Maja (18-13-10) are the only reason I'm alive. As for myself I have no other reason to live fully in any area of my life. That power and focus is gone. I would love to see if anything is possible to be done if I would be able to come to the Temple to reunite with His Grace and Love. I have a wage idea about what my life should be like since I live in Croatia and would like to move to Canada to save my children from all we have gone through here. But, I have no energy. I'm sick and worn down. I can not live any longer in such negative surroundings esspecially when I have different motives and mentality that can not survive ignorance in many aspects of life in Croatia. Thus, my question is: When is it possible to join with Swami and under what circumstrances? I would love to learn all I'm mising out on life since I am a seeker and have some relevant powers so to say since childhood. My soul is very strong in a way of pure truth that is present within. I see so many wrongs and can not but fight back but I'm not supposed to do that in cristian called community. I call everything Universal energy since I believe in harmony and bliss in relations towards all. I just cannot live like this any longer in nothingness only to support education for my three daughters and be at their service 24/7. Swamiji, I love you so much. I attended the be your own boss program in Chicago and I followed your guidance. What I wrote down has come true. It was May 31st and April 1st that you blessed us again with this happening. Since then I have used the email system you gave to us to stay in shaktipada with you and I want everyone to see and feel what I'm going to write next. I wanted to be with you. It was simple to me. Being my own boss meant that I wake up in the morning and do what "I wish" not "what I have to do" just to make ends meet. And most importantly I willed to make it to you swamiji to experience what I came to earth to experience. That was my BIG BOSS LIFESTYLE WISH!! JUST TO BE WITH YOU SWAMIJI!! On April 7th I received and email that was a reply from swamiji about a comment I had made about one of his youtube videos. I had commented that " Complete and Completion are different. Complete is done. OVER! Completion is Happening. I love you swamiji! I'm ready to come home!" His reply was "Blessings, Come to the Next I.A. or Adheenavasi.
What that message did to me in that moment was turn my dream of being with swamiji into a reality just as I wrote it down in being your own boss workshop!!! I CRIED!!! Since then I had to get a new Id, it happened, I had to get a visa, it took 4 days, I had to buy a plane ticket, it just happened minutes ago, I had to be accepted as adheenavasi, it happened! Everything fell into place so perfectly!!! Now I am on my way to SWAMIJI on may 5th a few days early so settle in and prepare for the greatest happening on earth and in my life!!!!!! I Am so proud to be Swamijis Adheenavasi and I will serve until my last breath. Please attend this next program everyone and be very specific about what you want. And the program is FREE LIKE ME!!!! I "WISH AND WILL" you all the SHAKTIPADA THAT CAUSES YOUR REALITY!!! thanks swamiji for the reply but I have a question and I would be very happy if you take me out of the confusion. why other spiritual enlightened gurus like sadhguru ,Sri Sri Ravi sharkar does not wear gold rudraksh and jewellery?
My understanding is Sri Sri or Sadhguru teaches only meditation whereas Guru Nithyanandam initiate devotees to manifest powers and he needs to radiate or maintain certain amount of energy for initiation. The type of Sri Sri and Sadhguru teaches doesn't involve such energy initiation. This is my understanding and clearly it's mentioned in Vedas the requirement of ornaments for certain spiritual practice...
