I have 2 legendary costumes sherbets and sea fairy cookie,I pulled them both back to back last year from normal banner i got another this year but it was a dupe for sea fairy 😢
I only have one legendary and it’s White Pearl 🥲 It takes FOREVER for me to do at least one pull and when I do, it’s so rigged I literally never get epics or legendary’s no matter how much I try and I’ve been playing for 3 years, that should say something

You don't get duplicate legendary costume because it got removed, now you can get new costumes without duplicate
That’s actually only for featured legendary costume banners, in regular banner you still have a chance to get duplicates😅
