Hi Deborah When I did keto I found this recipe for granola. 1/3 cup of almond, pecan, macadamia, pepita, cranberry,coconut flakes. Chia seeds, cinnamon,50g melted butter with 3 tablespoons of brown sugar 2 tablespoons maple syrup with no sugar. You can get a substitute brown sugar at woolies. Cut up all the nuts.Bake in the oven on a tray with baking paper until browned for about 10-15 mins depending on your oven. You can add whatever nuts you want. It is delicious 😊

Been making my own for years.I use about 5 varieties of raw nuts,chopped.Sesame seeds,pumpkin seeds,hemp,chia,flax seeds.flaked coconut and flaked almonds. Cinnamon.mix it all well store in container!
@ I used to add dried fruit,but I don’t like sulphates on them.I find It doesn’t need sweetener .I add it to Greek yogurt and sometimes fruit.I am addicted to it!

Thanks for a relaxing (for me! 😂) vlogmas video! Just on the dog/flea issue, if your puppy does have fleas they can go everywhere- carpet, curtains, beds etc. I give my doggies (I have a Daisy too!) Bravecto every 3 months and this eliminates that possibility. There are a lot of grass seeds around atm so it could be an allergic reaction? I suspect that’s why you got the third degree! ❤

Hi Deborah, regarding Daisy, what breed is she? I have a King Charles Cavalier and I’ve learned after owning her that some of these small breeds are quite prone to food allergy problems. I used to give her raw chicken necks as well but I had to stop because she would scratch furiously after eating them. Just something to keep in mind!
Hi Alisa, Daisy is a King Charles Cavalier cross, so that could be the problem, we've got her on the flea tablets for now and if these don't stop the itching then we'll look at stopping the chicken neck treats, though she won't be impressed by this 😆 Thank you so much for the heads up about the chicken necks, i really appreciate your advice.😚😚

Iron foods to increase iron levels without iron tablets. I know meats red and what else too please. No liver or hearts though 😂😅
