Not a fan of the layout of this house. Definitely not for a family. But a childless couple or old retirees would probably find this practical, esp those who like spending time in a jacuzzi and find health benefits of having a sauna. But the house doesn't offer much. It's begging for a major renovation to become usable and attractive to a wider range of buyers.

Agree. The living and dining areas are shockingly cramped. They could have lessened the setback perimeter. The kitchen is beautiful, airy and spacious but all other room areas are tight.

What was great: kitchen island, pantry nestling the 2door ref, korean blinds, warm lighting, indoor grills
What could be better: layout, tile combinations, height of cupboards, bulky furnitures, color contrasting.
Overall: I was shocked that the entire floor area is 250 sqm because the space as shown here seemed small and confined. Personally not a fan of modular kitchens.

Malaki ang chance na single person lang naka tira dito. Kasi yung design ng bahay is in and out pang yung owner. Meaning uuwi lang para mag pahinga at relax. Then aalis na ulit. Wala kasing utility kitchen, dining is small and the living room as well. Dont get me wrong. Maganda yung design and nice ang fixtures. I guess this can house 3 persons only anything more than 3 is going to be challenge already.

This is far to what is japanese homes even yung modern ones. If nilagyan lang bamboo plants all over the property, please tangalin nalang sana yung japanese na term as click bait.
Walang genkan, wala masyado space savers na storage rooms, not enough window or ventilations, most of the materials are not usually used in japanese architectures. Disappointed lang. Siguro stop doing false advertisement of properties na sobrang far from the title. Alam naman ng archi at engrs na di to japanese inspired. Paikot lang yung garden with bamboo. Surround garden nalang lagay nyo po. Good house but not japanese at all.
