All is well, thank you sooo much for asking. It's been quite a busy summer. Lots of outside work and garden fun with the kids. I've been only doing quick feedings for my worm bins for the past few months and haven't filmed in awhile. I really hope to film and post a video soon! Hello Peggy, yes I've had that happen a lot of times where I'd be subscribed to someone's channel and then poof I'm not anymore. It's such a pain in the.. I do have plenty of watch time for quite some time it's just reaching that 1k subscribers at this point. One day 🙂 I've been fridgeless for 2 weeks and our new fridge just came so hoping to get back to filming soon. All my worm food stash just defrosted and got gross so it went to the outdoor compost bin. So I lost all my worm food stash. I was glad that I was able to feed all my worm bin (that I didn't film) before our old fridge crashed. Thank you so much for stopping by. Are you ever concerned about chlorinated water? I’ve been filling containers & letting them sit overnight because our city water is chlorinated. I’m also using outdoor faucets because we have a water softener. Am I being to concerned about this?
Honestly I have always used faucet water and have never let it sit. I know others let it sit for a few days or use rain water. I have yet to encounter any issues. I guess it's just personal preference on what you think is best 🙂

@@selmandedic7166 No they do not. I feel like they are not necessary. It gives another place for the worms to roam into. Plus I rarely add any moisture especially since the food scraps I add are frozen. Therefore, when it defrosts, it releases moisture hitting the plastic covering and goes back into the bin.
I love this method of removing castings. 1. It doesn’t make it a huge task. 2. With migrating the worms there isn’t as many in or near the castings you want to harvest. So your not spending a bunch of time picking out worms 😁🪱💩
You are right on point !! That's exactly why I enjoy this method more than any other. Yes it might take longer in the long run, but I feel it's less stressful for everyone 😁

You can let the bedding sit a few days but you really don't have too so you're good to go. Are you in a new room? I LIKE IT
It's the same room, just a different angle 🙂 usually I just set the camera from up above, but this time I decided to set up a side angle 🙂
