not happy with marketing gimmicks though,, they are pricing it below 2 lakh base but no one should buy a tubed tyre hence the only option remaining is 2.14 lakh middle variant it feels like base variant only exist for marketing so i advice people to not think of this bike as below 2 lakh bike its real price is 2.14 ,,still a good deal though

Speed 400 is a linear power delivery bike while this produces peak torque very early. The 400 can be revved higher but according to the review this bike is most comfortable in the mid band.

Hero have 125cc engines,so,it should fuse 2 125cc engines and make a 250cc parallel twin like autoengina did,with bigger oil cooler to cool the engine. Benelli,Kawasaki already have parallel twin 25cc bikes,then why I dian manufacturers are still hanging to these single cylinders.... They should give the taste of twin cylinders to Indians and they already have good market in Africa too,so,they should extend their research towards this aspect and bring out affordable and stylish twin cylinder 250cc bikes...... Do not know why Indian manufacturers do not listen to their customers.....
Whenever an indian bike company thinks abouy the design. They always fail, the maverick should have come with single monoshock behind, mt15 type of led indicators, better looking grab handles, better sleek looking tail section and lastly, sport rear mirror n not round retro type.
It looks to me a half ass bike..just engine is good as 400cc hut anything else is feels like fitted with & looks like after marketing lowest grade accessories. in terms of mirrors , looks , shocks , wheel is good though . i don't know who will even purchase this. i would have liked 250 cc or purhaps a. 200cc would have been enough to get everything + mileage also

Vibration is only in higher rpm..And this bike has 6 gears ..So it can easily cruise at 100km/h all day..Honda highness has very less power and torque than this bike..Also cruising speed is less as well..
Rtr 310 is a reverse inclined engine so i expect it to have lot more vibes than most engines but its not that bad. in the zone of 5500-6000 rpm there is a tingle on the center of seat, and post that intensity subsides and goes flat. but its not bothersome. my biggest gripe would be other companies not offering adjustable suspension in their offering. as a fellow long tour enthusiast, i test rode normal yellow rtr310 probably for 4-5 times before taking a gamble on paying 18000 for adjustable suspension. and it makes a world of difference. and i am glad i went with my choice. even my service man in tvs showroom said that the handle bar vibe is the worst, so i got free upgrade of heavier handle bar weights on rtr and it subsided a lot. past 120 on any no front wind screen motorcycle you will be worrying about staying in balance because of immense windpressure. i drive around nh48 and that highway is the worst to drive more than 80 but when i get the chance i did went to 120 and its so fun but wind pushes back hard.
Comparing vibes? Have you tested all bikes? R&D team forgot mono shock suspension? What do you think they made it in a day? Every component is chosen for a specific reason man. Functionality is important not just ticking the check boxes.. For the first time an Indian company has tried making a retro modern bike and they have done a pretty good job.. just test ride and you'll know.

I think this is the best value proposition in the indian market. I really liked the x440 engine and I cant wait to ride this

Tubeless tyres are essential in India? in my country a lot of bikes comes with spoke wheels and we like the style they provide, I like them.
