The Moulin Rouge Can Can hasn`t been "bawdy" for over a hundred years. Can Can rehearsals every Tuesday,regardless of whether you have been working there 6 weeks or 6 years. They take their Can Can very,very seriously at the Moulin Rouge.!!
These women should lift their dresses on the streets, shameful and demeaning themselves...to men.
That must have been so weird for them,dancing to a completely different piece of music.!
ihr spinnt doch. Das ist vielleicht ein schönes Stück Musik, aber nicht der Can Can.

actually this is not a true French cancan: it was written by American composer Cole Porter for the Browadway musical "Can-Can" in the '50s :)

+John Ward Good God, I didn't even realise the conductor (above) Asher Fische is currently in charge of the Symphony Orchestra in the city where I live - and thankfully, I recently saw him with the Western Australian S.O. and well, seriously he has turned an already very good orchestra into one which plays with great confidence and completely seamlessly. Not to mention the atmosphere around here is frankly, second to none... The best, world class, fabulous. It was brilliant. Thanks to the these people who work so hard.

С моей точки зрения исполнение слабовато. Танцовщицы не супер.И очень часто не в ногу, и видно,что им тяжело танцевать.
@@Душечка-з2у нет вы не правы, вполне достойно. Есть по марки, но не значительные, по всем видимости это не первый состав. И ещё у них костюмы весят около десяти килограмм. Это очень тяжело.
@@margaritachapuis7234 может и так, я не специалист. Но я видела давно ролики из Мулен Руж, ,фильм более часа. Я всегда думала, что это "низкопробное" искусство. Но после увиденного поняла свою ошибку. Это было нечто потрясающее!. И с тех пор я этот фильм нигде не могла найти, Ну такая красота!
@@Душечка-з2у я хотела сходить, но цена билетов меня убила. В фильме снято хорошо, но это записывали с повторном,поэтому они чище работали. Это тоже самое, что слушаешь запись на диске отличный голос, а на концерте беда. Специфика такая.
