There are four systems of grounding/ earthing: TT, TNS, IT and TCNS. Theoretically we should follow TNS system but in india TT system is followed. Grounding means neutral earthing(for equipments protection). PE= protective earthing. It is meant for person protection. Ideally neutral should be 1.25 to 1.5 times more in diameter from phase wire.
