Clerk is just because he has less accademic qualification -- which much depend on financial condition of the family. Otherwise they can easily do HM's work ( indeed HM delegates much of his administration works to clerks , nowadays when he mainly deal with fund raising for schools).
I’m from Pakistan. I completely agree with Gambir. Gambir has positive thoughts. The whole purpose to playing the World Cup is to win the cup. It doesn’t matter India should win against Pakistan or samething for Pakistan. Pakistan and India are just professional rival. Both players are playing for their country.
