Harley Davidson Passing Light kit install

Passing light “Auxiliary Light” kit, bar and wiring install in a 2015 Harley FLS or Softail Slim with Freight Train Nacelle. This video includes what I had to do to install kit no 6000026 and lamp kit 68348-05 also not used but needed in this instal is hardware kit 67897-96B

1st, Nice looking bike. 2nd, Excellent presentation with detailed explanation of thought and execution of work. I like the black housing and chrome bezel ring for the passing lights. I have a black batwing on an Electra Glide Standard, and I want that same color combo for my future passing lights, but I do want l.e.d.. The trouble is, the aftermarket l.e.d. lights are solid color either chrome or black so I will buy solid chrome and have the housings powder coated to black while keeping the bezel ring chrome, exactly the same look as your passing lamps look. I am glad I found your video to see how that contrast works.

I have the same exact bike and i wasnt going to install LED's and when i almost got hit durring a night ride they said they didnt see me!! Well i have some bright ass LED's now and let me tell you They are Awesome and im Thankful to be alive!! Nice lookn bike though bud. Ride safe!!

The LEDs might be ugly but if you ride at night alot they make a huge difference

Hey I have a 2018 deluxe and hate the turn signals on it. Looking to upgrade to the 7” nacelle and similar auxiliary light bar. What is the width of that nacelle and the length between the bolts for that bracket? Info would be much appreciated. Can’t find dimensions on any products I’m looking at purchasing

I dont have the dimension available right now but i know its designed for up to 17 models M8 models are different. Not saying it wont fit but def needs to be modified.

it was part of that kit in the first 5 minutes of the video i bought it all together but i have seen them sold seperatley used on ebay

Primary circuit is for one headlight.... If u want other headlight u must do another circuit.
