I just ordered my Z10, I can't wait to get it! It's my first ever electrical scooter and I really wanted something that handles hills better and has better acceleration than the ones you can hire out in town. I don't think I could've made a better choice! Thank you for the awesome review, really makes me feel good about buying this scooter!
Great review. I've had my zero 10 for a while now and it has been perfect. Superb range.. Top speed just right for me. Got 30mph out of it. Comfortable ride. Perfect sweet spot with power to weight ratio. You get alot of scooter for the money. Highly recommended 👌
Abs Garcia Hi, have you tried the Boosted Rev scooter? It would be great to hear some thoughts from a zero 10 owner. There’s also Dualtron who are apparently about to release a Dualtron mini, with a similar size. Regards
Abs Garcia I haven’t tried it yet but good to know that. The Boosted has a dual motor though so I wonder which one has more torque, despite the maximum speed.
Great review! Got my 10 today! Its fantastic. Had the 8 and 9 before. Could even come up to 51km/h on flat ground with this on fully charged. (Im 187cm / 102kg.) So happy with the model! Since its still possible to fold and carry it 👊🏼👌🏼
This is helpful. I'm actually torn between zero 9 and zero 10 but you helped me decide. Thanks for that. 😊 I'm planning to get one in a few months when our city's quarantine will be lifted.
Very nice review, thank you. I like 22,4Ah version of this scooter. Anyway I will end up with the dual motor version of Kaabo Mantis :D. 29kg is not that heavy either, definatelly awesome if you consider the power.
Hi...I hope you read this and are well. Very informative. Thank You. I looked through your videos but did not find a video with a brake upgrade. How did that go? Im planning on buying one .
I got my 10 last week, upgraded from Xiaomi. I don't think I can handle the 10x, too fast for the road I travel and too heavy for me to carry. Like you said, the 10 is probably the best for the speed, range and weight. If people want to travel more than 5km frequently, I'd suggest the 10. The xiaomi is great for < 5km. In any case, I do not recommend the 8x, unless the road is silky smooth, the ride is absolutely terrible.
I was actually pretty much decided on the Zero 9 but now I definitely think the Zero 10 is the better option. Like you I also dont want to go with any super extreme scooter, its just too much and I also need the weight and portability. Does the Zero 9 also suffer from the stem dropping down because the clamp isnt strong enough like the Zero 8? Does the stem have a lot of wobble/looseness? ua-cam.com/video/FDfy84cevmA/v-deo.html Even some have reported the Zero 8 stem collapsing, but I think that is because they are too rough with it. I have a lot of hills in my area and on my commute, what is the steepest hill you can climb?
I used a lot the zero 8 before getting the zero 10, the stem has more play but it never gave up on me. The confort and power of the 10 are on another level compared to the 8 obviously. There is a pretty steep hill close to mine, cyclists really struggle there to just get on top of it, my Zero 10 can climb it easily at about 20 km/hr. I am 75kg
Yeah it's definitely a good scooter I have the Apollo Explore branded model which is identical to the Zero 10 with some slight differences parts wise but both are T 10 Unicool scooters that come from the same factory. I've actually hit close to 52km top speed wise or 32mph on flat ground and I agree the breaks aren't that great as they are cheap and not as responsive . I am also looking to do an upgrade in terms of hydraulic disks but I'm a little apprehensive doing the upgrade myself as it can be a bit messy and requires some skill installing them correctly.
@@MrFooChops I got a good price when it was on sale, the only one left. I had to change the brakes quite quickly, apparently it is common for them (which are installed new when purchased) to wear out quickly. You can buy more advanced pneumatic breaks, however, it is a little more expensive alternative but in stad lasts longer. If you are close to service, it is grateful. I have it and have always received help if there has been anything. I actually do not think of anything that could have been done better (more than what I said). I have reduced the effect on it so it does not go too fast. 30 Km/H is enough for me. A good buy in the cost category :-)
@@MrFooChops Okay... one thing... the "cool light" is not to my taste so I have disconnected this and have my own little headlight instead. The rear brake light works as usual. I also do not drive when it is dark, so for me this is enough.
Only good review of this very unique scooter, also a great explanation of its key features. Wish you could team up with some UA-camr with drones and Gopros :)
A few questions mate. Whats the speed you get in gear 1, gear 2 and gear 3, whats the milage you usually get in those gears and last one, does is struggle with hills? Thanks

Hey 🙂 How many km have you done ny now? I've had my zero 10 for a year now, and I noticed my front tire started wobbling / coming loose... Anything you experienced? I have now changed a little plastic sleeve inside the octagonal tube at the front wheel bearings... It worked perfect, good as new...
I was waiting for your review so long finally thank you so much. I need my scooter has to be less weight, powerful and waterproof. Zero 10 is best i think. Waterproof 🤔
None of the zeros is waterproof. Checked it. But still possible to drive on wett ground. But dont in heavy rain or take it to the pool! Great machine. /Owner

No scooter is waterproof but the Zero scooters are water resistant unlike the Mantis which literally has a great big hole where cabling goes into the deck
It's not worth the money, the Nutt is already way more powerful than needed and it is less than half the price! The magura looks cooler but you really don't need any extra power there
