This Canadian could kiss you right now. I’ve been scratching my head over this for 3 weeks. I would never have thought to check the neutral that way. I’m so glad you shared this. Well done and thank you.
nice! good to see you throwing up vids to help people out!! may throw a extra earth (-) cable onto my bike just because. its certainly something i do on my vehicles usually as an upgrade, never thought to do it on a bike because have never had a problem
Hey Christian! Just came across your video. I have voltage slowly trickling back to the starter button after turning the bike off. Takes about 30-45 seconds to accumulate 12V through the circuit as to were I can start it again? Bad Earth? I've never seen something like this.
Used to have issues starting cold, but ended up changing reads to Force and carb to electron and was perfect after that. If you only can change one this change your reads to V-force as factory ones are crap and have gaps in them from new.
You’ve lost the grounds to your electrical components, check the black/white cables in the wiring loom, they’re heavily taped up under the tank, the connector will have corroded
Hmmm maybe, but I think it's because the earth strap goes to the Alloy sub-frame, and Alloy corrodes easily, making the connection deteriorate. Running a strap from the battery neg to an engine bolt fixes the issue every time.

Hello Mr I have a problem of electricy ktm
Brilliant, exactly this issue on my 2017......! Is there a KTM release/fix/reason for this or do we just hack a cable across?
Corrosion on the bolt and terminal, slightly loose. 100% sorted now, thank you!
Just put the cable across. And move on
Is there a second video to you guys cleaning it ???
No, once we ran the cables we just moved on. I always put straight away on new bike. My mates. Ike has done 600 plus hours and still good

Why you buy a Yamaha 👍🏻
Sub frame mounting surfaces to the rest of the frame.
I hate ktms.
