- Trea Vance Turner is an American baseball player for the Philadelphia Phillies. He bats right-handed and throws right-handed. He was born on June 30, 1993 in Boynton Beach, FL. He was drafted by the San Diego Padres as the #13 overall pick in the 1st round of the 2014 MLB Draft. He made his MLB debut on August 21, 2015. His nickname is T2. Trea is finding his stride with the Phillies and he's been amazing especially for the month of August. This is a recap of some of his special moments in August when he finally got out of his slump. A simple gesture by the fans started it all by giving him a standing ovation when he felt at his lowest this season and he responded brilliantly with his bat and his glove. All players can miss 3 games for a child's birth. He get's the same right to do that as any other player. After the month he had he's earned it!

@@jonnydanger7181 Trea has 24 hits, 10 HR's, 23 RBI's in 15 games. With a 15 game hitting streak. The only thing that's subpar is your opinion on baseball players. Also, they've been winning even while he's gone. So, I'm confused by your commenting tactics. Was that supposed to be a dig at Trea or the Phillies themselves? Because, they've been winning and he's got a 15 game hit streak. So, I don't know what to tell you but your attempt was a swing and a miss. Maybe you can ask Trea for tips on how to improve your swing.
