Aerial video of some of the damage across the Cape Breton area. Some homes lost parts of their roofs and lots of electrical poles are down. One store that had power and had gas had long lines to fill up with people driving out of town (Sydney) just to get gas. Waves are still coming in and last shot is of Low Point Lighthouse.

So sorry Canada 😢. I live in Florida and know what it feels like to get hit with a hurricane. There was no way you could prepare for the destructive winds and water these storms bring. @@lazaryanya9407 it's because the media and climate cultists push the narrative and trusting naive fools buy it. 🙄 most of East Coast gets hurricanes every year, many of them, and varying intensity. They will restand the same telephone and power poles and continue to simply restore infrastructure that is inferior versus actually adapting. Saw some pictures of Port Abasque where boathouse that were literally on waters edge got undermined when waves hit the unprotected, unshored up shoreline and got pulled in. 😳 Here in Alberta we added boulders to river banks to prevent erosion from taking out land when floods occur in the future! We need to adapt because we cannot control the climate, its stupid to think we can, and we really don't know for sure what's going to happen and even if we're the entire cause of it which I don't buy.

A man moved from Ontario to manage a golf course. They were having drainage issues on one of the holes, so he told the maintenance crews to dig a trench across the green. He came back at the end of the day and yelled at them when they said they were only 1/4 done! “Back in Ontario, my crew would have had this done in SIX hours!” The head foreman handed him a shovel. “You try it,” he said. The guy stuck the shovel one inch into the ground and immediately hit rock. “This ain’t Ontario,” the foreman said… 😉
