the contact details shared do not work here in England.
there's plenty of archery suppliers both here and in Europe going by the name "hard core bows", maybe that is why.
when i added "Wolfgang" to the search box i got a fella in Munich making bows for violin and such and the same selection of archery supply businesses, no bowyers named Wolfgang.
