Been on campus for the last 2.5 years and agree with most of this list! Golden Wok you have to select Combination Fried rice, Fire Hot level and ask them to cut the meat into small pieces...omg that's the best!!! I would add Mandarin Wok to this list though, they've got some really good food! Also, Shawarma Joint for a good Rice Bowl. Perkins has a few good dessert options. The fries at Murphy's are really good! Indian food, do not order Indian food in Champaign it's terrible. Either drive down to Bloomington or order Indian food from there.
First of all, I appreciate the reviews. Great investment to point folks in the right direction. HOWEVER, I think you forgot that you're a college student. Every college student I've ever talked to jumps to pizza as one of their very first matters of opinion. The only pizza that I heard you mention was some pizza at one of the residence options. A nine minute video with zero commentary about pizza? Oh man, that's a tragedy! :)
I know this is a bit off topic but was living in PAR/FAR a hassle as a cs major? I heard they are far but these are the only options I have left for room selection
Not really, the main issue was having to rely on the bus to go to siebel which is why I got a longboard (see "why i got a longboard" video). But you get used to it and the bus system is pretty reliable. Hope this helps!
highly recommend shawarma joint on green. good shit
Left out merry Ann’s, slim chickens, Jurassic grill, Mia zas, and more
thanks for the video, just committed :)
Same here!

Too bad there's no longer Fat Don's. They used to have that every Wednesday at Snyder Hall.
So is PAR very far away from IKE?
yeah it's like a 15 minute walk so quite far
no mention of sakanaya?!?!
ooops sakanaya is decent but expensive because you're nowhere near the ocean
Cravings is the best. Smh
They're good until the food reaches your stomach :)
