In the Delhi czech embassy when we will submit the additional documents. Will they not give us any acknowledgement receipt? If not then how do we get to know my file status? Will they send me track number by email ? How will I track my file status?. Please guide sir... .

I have a question which is not directly related to document translation. I wish to find out about highly skilled worker category. What are the chances for Visa being denied ? Is the processing time always respected or it could be fast forwarded given the situation. Do you always leave your passport after depositing your document or you go with it and come back with passport when your Visa is ready.
Hey! Might be best to arrange a consultation with us if you have more questions :) Generally speaking: 1. Your application can always be denied, there is no legal right to get the visa. But if your employer is registered in one of the governmental programs, the chances are low. 2. See other videos I made recently - the MOI can approve applications in 10 days or two years. 3. With most Embassies, they do not keep your passport.
Hi Jan, my daughter is studying in United State and now applying Czech Republic student visa for exchange program. Now she is still waiting for school acceptance letter which is expected to arrive before end of Oct. Most required documents can be ready by application appointment . However, the authentication cert. for both no criminal record from FBI and home country (Canada) will take over a month to two months to proceed. We try to email the embassy to check if it is possible to submit the no criminal record without authentication first and submit later once we received the authentication letters from both US and Canada, but no reply yet. The exchange will start on mid Jan 2024. Based on your experience, should we try the application or it is impossible to try. Will you able to handle this application somehow to try to work it out?

Good evening sir. Last time I applied for student visa I presented a confirmation for master program, first academic year is from 16/09/2023 till 15/09/2024 Can I present the same document when I reapply for student visa next month or do I have to add another related document on top of it? Would they reject my application because the course has already started couple months ago?
Pls sir i have received my documents of working permit from czech republic all the documents are in czech language, but my police report, medical and my bank statements does it necessary to translate in czech language or is not necessary to translate into czech language. Am from Nigeria
