I love your focus on mindset and positivity. I love that you passionately guard what thoughts go through your mind against negativity. I wish everyone could stop obsessively watching the news and cultivating fear or being concerned with what everyone else is doing and cultivating difference and suspicion/distrust of others, instead look at themselves and inside themselves and focus on improving their own selves and lives, and copy your attitude of love, gratitude, positivity, and self improvement--it would be a different world. Thank you for putting it out there, and please keep going. You are putting into the world a powerful force for good. It sounds a bit dramatic, but I believe it. What people say and do is contagious whether it's positive or negative, and you are a force for good.

I am a morning person, I am up at 430 daily. I have an hour of me time, I do watch youtube, guilty! but the next hour is my fitness time, then 45 minutes before work I make my breakfast, sit outside and listen the nature and the world waking up and get moving. The I take my shower, dress and log in for work (working from home is a blessing all of its own)! i should meditate for sure in that first hour, something to think about. thanks for all you share, love everything!

Not even five minutes in and thumbs up. We need to focus on all of the blessings in our lives. Loved this video. I think romanticizing your life just makes your life a pleasure. I love my Nespresso too and went back to the basics with coffee also. I have to stop myself from drinking like three to four a day. I like your oil shelf, it makes it so much easier to remember doing them. Mindset is huge with parenting, we have a damaging culture attitude that being a parent is so hard and such a drudgery. It's not, it's such a blessing, but it's a mindset. This was an amazing video. Perspective is revolutionary. I remember a story about it, a man was so upset and unhappy with his job, family and grumbled about his life, until he met a man that was trying to make his only son's last few months on earth full of enjoyment and fun because he was dying of cancer. I came from a home life the was miserable, mainly because my mother focused on every little depressing thing that she could. Her saying was that she had a little dark cloud that followed her everywhere. She now has four kids that really don't want to have anything to do with her at eighty. Even after surviving three near death experiences she constantly complains she'll probably live forever. Be a blessing and a joy to be around and you will have a lovely life. Again, love this video!

Love oils too! I mix Eucalyptus and Lemon Balm in a mister. I spray my pillows at night as I sometimes listen to weight loss hypnotherapy tracks from UA-cam, they help me sleep and really curb my appetite tremendously the next day!

Yes! The internet can do crazy things to our mindset by comparing ourselves to others. Thank you for watching!! The oils I use are Young Living and they have a line of cleaning products. The cleaner I use is the Thieves all purpose cleaner. I absolutely love it!
My sister who was my bestfriend passed away on Jan 28th. I think a lot like you do. She was sick for 12 years . I m always grateful and thankful for everything i have but always felt guilty for everything she went through and her struggles. It made the small things that sucked in my life seem meaningless and so stupid. Anyways great words of encouragement. ❤

Hi Tina! Awesome that you're starting low carb!! You got this!! Black coffee on it's own is low carb so you're good! But it depends what you're putting in it if it's not black. For instance if you're adding in heavy cream each time then those calories will add up. If you're using creamer or sweetener of any kind that can also add up and increase our sugar cravings throughout the day.

Our day starts hectic because the kids go to school so early and different time. I always wake up so tired. I do need to think more positive. I am going to start every morning with the kids. It's hard when you have bad health issues or anything else major go on with family you care about. I gained 20lbs back since covid started then this past week the I gained 5lbs in one week! It's difficult to find food I like that's healthy I try then I see I gain weight I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Definitely try out the journaling. It makes a big difference! Same with the water first thing- game changer! For me, I really had to change my whole perspective on life. I had to start really focusing on the positive in every single situation. Realizing my thoughts were the first step. Realizing if I was looking for a solution or if i was contributing to the problem, etc. The mindset side of weight loss is rarely talked about but it's the most important part. If our minds are telling us we cant then no diet will ever work. In my 1-1 mentorship we dive deep into repairing our mindset and creating healthy habits because it's truly how we lose weight and keep it off.

Thank you so much for this video! I am starting this right now. I do have a question though. If it takes months to reach my goal weight am I still writing down the same manifestation every day or do I change it to a positive thought every couple of days?
I would write down your ultimate goal as if you already achieved it. If it's a weight loss goal I would write "I am X lbs" and then feel the feelings of being that weight now. Believe it, don't have any doubt around it and assume it is done. Then follow your plan, take the actionable steps towards your goal and believe it is yours. I just recorded a video today that gives step by step directions on how to do exactly this! Coming soon!
Oh honey!!! Loads of wonderful advice, but get rid of the crystals. Pray instead of meditation, praying to Christ /God the father is way better than meditation. Especially praying for others and giving him the praise and gratitude for helping you get through another day for reaching your goals. Whatever those goals are. Great videos.
Why does anyone have to conform to the way other do things? If prayer is better for you, then do it. That does not work for me and pushing ideology onto others is very close minded. *I want anyone reading this comment to know there is no right or wrong way to be spiritual*

Waking up before my kids has been my new saving grace 🤍 that and doing things to make things easier for my future self … like cleaning dishes before bed, so that the next morning I don’t have to do it

Thank you so much for this video! I am starting this right now. I do have a question though. If it takes months to reach my goal weight am I still writing down the same manifestation every day or do I change it to a positive thought every couple of days?
I would write down your ultimate goal as if you already achieved it. If it's a weight loss goal I would write "I am X lbs" and then feel the feelings of being that weight now. Believe it, don't have any doubt around it and assume it is done. Then follow your plan, take the actionable steps towards your goal and believe it is yours. I just recorded a video today that gives step by step directions on how to do exactly this! Coming soon!

I got it from Pottery Barn a few years ago and they don't sell it anymore unfortunately.
This is funny - my mouth battles to fit over my water tumbler (like yours) properly - I mess cold water all over me every time - LOL

How do you meditate
I choose a guided meditation (usually 10-15 minute) from youtube, put in my headphones and follow it!
How do you do intermittent fasting? I’ve tried and I seem to think about food more when I tried this.
I eased in very slowly. Pushing my window back a little each day. Took me about 1.5-2 weeks to get to my desired time of 12-12:30pm fast breaking.

Pray instead of meditation, praying to Christ /God the father is way better than meditation. Especially praying for others and giving him the praise and gratitude for helping you get through another day for reaching your goals. Whatever those goals are.
