This was me lol. I've been playing Lethality fiora ever since S11, whenever I learned prowlers was a better option to hit vitals. Super easy to play for fun instead of playing serious & Gave me more time for my IRL stuff. Didn't really play competitive at this time anyways so.

As someone who played a lot of Fiora, I to thisd day find it surprising that people have no idea how good PTA and Swiftness can be on her. There was even a time where going PTA and BORK rush was one of the strongest builds in the game that got completely slept on, it had like 65% WR or something. Swiftness is just overall an slept on item. Also, lethality mythic has kind of been of a niche OTP pick for a while as well, both Prowler's and Eclipse, but you would never see anyone but super high elo OTPs build that. Actually kinda insane to look back and realize 99% of the player base would've just thought these builds were trolling.
I think it's a high risk² high reward thing, if u get stunned after the activation, the bonus damage maybe wasted, it's the reason Galeforce was nerfed from 60 CD to 90 CD, so they can only do it every so so 90 secs. I think they overemphasized the items active itself more than the decision making when to activate it. ²in this case, high wait cause of the CD
No one really high elo builds that because it doesnt add anything new. Sure there times they simply want to have fun and build it but thats it. They already can fast proc ults, pressure sidelanes use vitals for wave management. Pta is also commonly used not slept on like you think (in high elos) because its better for a certain matchup.
the issue with PTA is that while it's fantastic in duels, it's arguably a lot worse in 1v2s and 2v2s. Eclipse is just a broken cheap stat cannon tho it makes sense

Great video as always ! One thing to note is the interaction with prowler isn't exactly what you described. It's not the auto going off during the slide it's just the item doing damage. Fiora's vitals can be trigerred with pretty much any damage coming from fiora, including items. Prowler does minor damage to the target when you dash on them, trigerring the vital in the process. It s similar to the way you can trigger vitals with goredrinker or even aram's snowballs

Ohhhh this is why I saw the fiora build like this in a *ranked* silver game. I was MF and had a good lane, even late game I could 1v1 her because she was so squishy. It was still close when I did, I’d live but like 10% hp but I thought it was such a weird build.
I still have my Twisted Treeline icon for playing something like 300+ games? Was always fun to do at end of season - get to gold for the chroma and have a fun few days of trying a new mode

First back for a cull, ls, or Swifties, zoning wave, bullying while scaling... This is actually a pretty decent guide to the champion, again aside from certain quirks

it's worth noting that fiora's max HP true damage is not actually amplified by prowler's claw or PTA, because true damage can't be amplified, just like how it can't be resisted notable exceptions to this rule are damage *repeating* mechanics, like zed's death mark, yone's soul unbound, and the rune First Strike
I have been playing renekton and fiora with prowlers for 2 months and it's pretty fun... Bad part is that's a little bit coinflip... But yeah I need to try ghost with fiora... I play renekton only with flash ghost so I may do same with fiora from now on

7:55 that's very wrong. Fiora passive triggers with any damage source, not just AAs. Prowler's simply triggered her passive with its damage, you can clearly see Prowler deals 97 damage while her AAs deal 195 damage.
I agree all this off meta players know the game and having fun with different play style thanks to their experience and needs, now almost everyone are copy-pasting items, runes and make pre stabilized combos instead to really play the game.
idk if im doing something wrong but if you place a puppet right near a wall even with prowlers you wont be able to get the vital at the wall tested it for 5 min straight

Can we get a fact check on the lethality vital claim. Yes vitals scale with ad, but true damage doesn't interact with pen or lethality. You could have two builds with the same ad but one with no lethality, and I don't see why the true damage would not be the same. To my knowledge, true damage is only sometimes boosted by certain damage amps. Definitionally you are doing more physical damage with lethality but that's not really synergizing 😅. If I'm being really pedantic, it actually kind of negates the point of true damage because the idea is that true damage is guaranteed given whatever scaling factor (ad/AP/max HP, etc). This makes penetration redundant in favor of other useful stats. It's why vayne doesn't really need LDR and Camille + fiora will eventually always win against bruisers and tanks.
I never meant Lethality = True damage, I meant the AD = true damage and then Along Side that - Lethality is good damage, SO - the True damage + good damage = a deadly combo on this champion. Prowlers amps her MAX HEALTH TRUE DAMAGE, it increases all damage dealt by 15% Lethality does not = true damage, only need the AD part. The lethality is good for ability damage so fiora is more of an AD caster than auto attacker with this build

No, you are barred from one of your most crutial skill in jungle thats why and its your vitals. Fiora cant jungle, she doesnt have a reliable aoe spell to use or high dmg enough to kill big mosnters without passive. Like if she had vitals on big monsters she would be a niche jungler with the upcoming jungle changes but its just silly.

Idk why ur so fixed on ganks when a champions playability in jungle is determined by their ability to clear the jungle. Yes ability to gank is important too but its only secondary.

I build prowlers in a lot of games where I know the enemy is gonna get distance on me somehow. Or its just a no brainer on adyr.

enemy having vision of you being necessary for vitals to appear is the only thing preventing fiora of being a jungler. She can't gank with that =/
No, you are barred from one of your most crutial skill in jungle thats why and its your vitals. Fiora cant jungle, she doesnt have a reliable aoe spell to use or high dmg enough to kill big mosnters without passive. Like if she had vitals on big monsters she would be a niche jungler with the upcoming jungle changes but its just silly.
@@kaanbeceni9041 ww has no aoe, that's why he rushes tiamat. the vitals taking too long to appear makes her ganks bad too.

You just compared 2 champions that has bad wave clear but what you missed was warwick has tools to help him jungle while fiora doesnt. Even if you rush tiamat fiora still cant jungle. Idk why ur so fixed on ganks when a champions playability in jungle is determined by their ability to clear the jungle. Yes ability to gank is important too but its only secondary.
@@kaanbeceni9041 I only talked about gank because fiora's whole damage is her marks, and if it takes too long to appear that enemy already scaped, it can't be used in the gank.
