There’s no really difference between Korean and International interviews. They’re still funny af. It’s what the interviewers do that’s different. Korean interviewers are more engaging to the members while international interviewers aren’t, they aren’t even included in the screen. It’s like the Korean interviewers are talking WITH them, while the international ones are just talking TO them. That why I think it’s more nerve racking doing the international ones thus making the atmosphere a little bit tense than the Korean ones.
Language barriers is the biggest problem for TWICE. Non of the members are fluent in English. That's why they look comfortable on Korean shows than American shows because they are used to Korean shows and promotes. JYP really needs to promote TWICE more internationally. With groups like BTS and BLACKPINK, it's the total opposite. Those groups are more comfortable on American shows than Korean shows since they have members that are fluent in English and are very popular internationally. As they have so fun, excitement, and opportunities in America while TWICE is stuck in the boring same Korea and Japan.
@@jordicarvajal2834 You sound like you just hate Korea, in general. And comment under everyone's reply just to bring up America and bring down Korea. You act like BTS and BP are quiet as a mouse on Korean shows and are miserable or something. You also realize that both groups are still very proud of Korea, right? Even Lisa loves Korea so much that she calls herself a Thai-Korean. She says Thailand is "my country" and Korea is "our country" like the way Koreans do. No matter how much you try to take away BTS and BP from Korea, Korea is still their home.
@@user-gp1bt4vm3r BTS and BLACKPINK promote more internationally and have more internationally accomplishments. TWICE is a very successful group but most of that successful is in Korea and Japan. TWICE are not global superstars compared to BTS and BLACKPINK.
I think TWICE are a lot more awkward in American interviews and a lot more relaxed in Korean interviews because a) they can’t speak English well, b) they’ve worked in Korea a lot more than in the US so they’re more familiar with that country and environment, and c) American interviews in general are a lot more formal and restrained than Korean interviews. I think it’s the opposite for BTS & BLACKPINK because they get interviewed more in America than in Korea, so it’s more familiar for them, and also because they have fluent English speakers.
I agree with you. TWICE promotes a lot in Korea and Japan and barely in the US. The only American interviews that TWICE do is the ones where TWICE interview themselves and not by American hosts like Jimmy Fallon or James Corden. If Covid-19 never happened, TWICE would had done a flinch challenge on the James Corden show which I hope it happens one day. The lack of English is what is holding back TWICE and the group doesn't promote enough in America or have a concept that will appeal to American audiences. JYP should just hire a full time translator for them. It will impossible for TWICE to learn English because of their packed schedules and the group is always having a comeback. Adding English lessons to their already exhausting and busy schedules will be a big no no. If TWICE appeared on an American show and the host asked them a question that they don't understand, they will embarrass themselves in front of an entire American audience and they be made fun of and it will be huge waste of time and money for JYP.
BTS and BLACKPINK are having so much promoting in America like performing in Coachella or the BBMAs and even being on American shows like Jimmy Fallon and James Corden. While TWICE is only promoting in Korea and Japan.

This is fall of once one of the most popular shows in America. The show itself will help TWICE a lot because it is very well known and very popular show with millions of views live and millions more on UA-cam.
I agree with you. It probably because TWICE doesn't have any members who are fluent in English or familiar with western culture. TWICE needs to learn English or take lessons so they can promote more internationally. Like TWICE doesn't even care for the their international fans and cares more for their fans in Korea and Japan.
@@gae4kkura734 I also noticed that JYP invest more on Japanese comebacks and promotions. Like TWICE in Wonderland looks more expensive than World In A Day. More and More and I Can't Stop Me MVs suck while Fanfare and Better MVs look amazing. In Twicelights world tour, TWICE had more dates in Japan than America. JYP promotes TWICE in Japan very good but when it comes to Korean comebacks, they suck at promotions.
@@jordicarvajal2834 I think at a point they were doing much better in japan then Korea so jyp decided to focus more on Japanese activists but in the process he completely neglected Korean activists as well as there comebacks and don't get me started on the u.s (them not speaking English verwell aside) it could be possible that jyp dosen't want them to branch out in the u.s they have little to know promotion there and appeared on zero tv shows unlike itzy and starykids the newer groups who have been promoted in the u.s many times and have been/made guessd appearances on tvshow's many times even if atleast one member is a little good(at english) he could have still made it work if he wanted and now like u said it's coming off like TW don't really care for international fan's
@@gae4kkura734 1. Yeah, JYP is focusing more on Japan for TWICE. But JYP also has NiziU. In fact, even NiziU has a better chance of global fame than TWICE since NiziU has members who can speak English. JYP even said that he does have plans to push NiziU internationally. If TWICE is making more money in Japan, they should stop doing Korean comebacks and focus only on Japan. How can TWICE be considered a K-pop group if they promote so much in Japan and invest more on Japanese comebacks and promotions. 2. Yes, TWICE cannot speak English. JYP probably knows this so he barely promotes them internationally. To be honest, TWICE wasn't really a group made to go international. It would be impossible for TWICE to be popular in America since they have zero English speakers or familiar with western culture.
@@user-gp1bt4vm3r Fr
@@user-gp1bt4vm3r BTS and BLACKPINK promote more internationally and have more internationally accomplishments. TWICE is a very successful group but most of that successful is in Korea and Japan. TWICE are not global superstars compared to BTS and BLACKPINK.
i honestly laughed through the whole vid, your editing is 👌
does 26 minutes count as early-
Correction: 30 minutes
0:28 Jihyo’s face lives rent free in my head…
Ur the best i love u
As an American the talk shows to be boring af but if the artists are Cardi B you won't be disappointed also the drama is entertaining
I laughed so hard!

The beep of party in the USA playing while twice was listening to guess sounds so depressing.
BTS and BLACKPINK are having so much promoting in America like performing in Coachella or the BBMAs and even being on American shows like Jimmy Fallon and James Corden. While TWICE is only promoting in Korea and Japan.
@@jordicarvajal2834 nobody cares about them here, lol
This is a twice video. Stop spamming about other groups. It's annoying
@@Jenny-gg3dn But would love to see TWICE become global superstars like the groups I mentioned. They are going to have their first comeback stage on Ellen for Alcohol Free.
@@jordicarvajal2834 ik and this is great. I'm happy for them.
But why mention other groups when you could just talk about TWICE? Like, you literally spammed your comments everywhere in here. -
@@Jenny-gg3dn The Ellen show has gone through so much lately since the pandemic started. The 19th season will be the show's final season before it ends. This is fall of once one of the most popular shows in America. The show itself will help TWICE a lot because it is very well known and very popular show with millions of views live and millions more on UA-cam.
Thank you for putting Sana's picture at the end she's so beautiful

Other idols in the US: IM NEVER GOOING HOME AGAIN!!😀
Twice: When Can I Go Home 😣
I agree with you. It probably because TWICE doesn't have any members who are fluent in English or familiar with western culture. TWICE needs to learn English or take lessons so they can promote more internationally. Like TWICE doesn't even care for the their international fans and cares more for their fans in Korea and Japan.
@@jordicarvajal2834 I agree fully
If JYP wants to make TWICE bigger, than expand them into the US, the largest music market in the world.
The editing is just fuhhhh👍👍👍👍👍
I understand they have to promote for their international fans but I get so annoyed when people Continuously ask them to speak English
It's very sad how TWICE can only do American interviews where TWICE interview themselves and not by American hosts like Jimmy Fallon or James Corden. If Covid-19 never happened, TWICE would had been doing a flinch challenge on the James Corden show which I hope they do in the future. TWICE is missing out all of the fun and opportunities that BTS and BP are getting in America. BTS and BP have the time of their lives promoting on American shows while TWICE only promotes on the same boring Korean and Japanese shows.
