3 Ways to Earn Allah's Pleasure
1. Ask yourself "Am I pleased with Allah?". Pleasure from Allah comes when we are pleased with Him no matter the circumstance. Being pleased even in hardships, calamities, and any low point in your life.
2. Righteous deeds: Pleasing your parents, holding back your anger, not showing love to the enemies of Islam, remembering Allah (dhikr), Using the miswak
3. Ask Allah to be pleased with you through duaa: Allahuma rida anni (O Allah, be pleased with me) * Duas at 25:30

Assalamalaikum I believe it is this Du’a
Allahumma inni a'uzu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa ta-haw-wu-li 'afi-ya-tik, wa fujaaa'ati niq-matik, wa ja-mi'i sa-kha-tik.
Meaning: O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from the withdrawal of Thine blessing and the change of Thine protection (from me) and from the sudden wrath of Thine, and from every displeasure of Thine.

Dua for the love of Allah Subhan Wa Ta’ala
Allahumma inni as'aluka hubbak, wa hub-ba may-yu hib-buk, wal-'a-ma-lal-lazi yu-balli-ghu-ni hubbak. Allahummaj-'al hub-ba-ka a-hab-ba i-lay-ya min -naf-si wa ah-li wa mi-nal-maaa'il-barid.
Meaning: O Allah! I ask You for Your Love and the love of those who love You, and deeds which will cause me to attain Your Love. O Allah! Make Your Love dearer to me than myself, my family and the cold water.
