Hi James, great content as always. I just want to ask what size of hook you're using? Do you mind sharing how you setup the rig?

Thanks Donn! Size 12 is perfect. Pretty much float stopper down to the float and a set of split shots to suit the float down to the hook. It’s pretty straight forward or you can have a set rig which is just a float stopper at the top or split shot down to a float which leads to a swivel on the other side of the swivel you run a length of leader with your weight and hook. Where did you get your silverfish from? Was under impression they were hard to get hold of especially if from an Asian grocery store.

Go to the second level fish shop in Springvale central shopping center. They have the frozen ones 1kg for $11. Try and find the small ones not the big slug ones. Or use aussie prawn from woolies. Good luck
