I’ve had the same mentality training for years, by going by feel and what is effectively contracting the best. same in tracking numbers I’ll get all OcD over reps sets etc. Much Respect Walker you are a mutant.

I think the advantage of documenting things is that we won't remember little details goes back ten years or so.Just like bookkeeping you cannot do bookkeeping without actually writing down every little details.However I'm a big fan of both especially intuitive training like Jay Cutler did and Nick Walker does the same thing.
That pullover machine also works the tricep long head due to the shoulder extension. When I do it I feel the tricep working once I get higher in the reps but my lays are screaming so..
This is due to the long head originating on the scapula as opposed to the other two on the humerus. Fun fact: the pec major and lat along with teres major all insert on the humerus in the same spot- intertubercular groove. (One of things I’ll never forget from A&P1)
? Nick have you ever done the Nautilus machine for push down triceps 1970 I would place a milk container box or a small bench under the weight rack , then place weights on the nautilus machine ( the handle should be where you can walk back & hold it ( then push down a fantastic pump!
Nick, just wanted to say After watching your chest workout video, i started doing cable flys FIRST instead of last and i loved it! I seemed to have a better mind muscle connection while benchpressing and my chest was a lot more sore. Awesome man, thank you! P.S Your biceps looked like they were going to tear through the skin during your assisted pullups! Wow!

Bicep peaks so hIgH they create their own weather system around the summit. Clouds form around the peaks and sometimes, with a good pair of binoculars, you can see little people trying to get to the summit of Mt. Saint Walker, ropes hanging off the shoulders and bodies piling up on the bottom of rainbow 🌈 alley of those who succumbed to high altitude sickness and rough conditions towards the peaks. 💪🏋️🇺🇸

Yea 1 arm rows. Also latt pulldown reverse grip. Helped me alot. Pause pull ups weighted. They burn like ....... don't forget the pullover.
