how to forward call on time based? it after office hours , the calls receiving at reception should forward to a mobile number. how it can be accomplished IP office 500 v2
i'm not affiliated with this guy or anything but try this. Do everything the guys says in the video for the external forward. But in the "users" section instead of going to button programming go to "fowarding" then to the section where is says "foward unconditional" and in the "forward number" feild put the phone number in. Make sure you still add your "9" or whatever number you use to call out on. As well as a 1 if its long distance followed by the number. There's two options below this "forward hunt group calls" and "forward internal calls". Up to you if you want hunt group calls to go out or internal calls. Also just as an FYI if you have a limited number of lines in your phone system, doing this will use up 2 lines. One inbound to your phone system and one outbound to your external phone. Also make sure your phone in the office has a secure password too. you don't want some randos hacking in and fowarding your phone to some place in india.... hope this helps dude! ps - i'm not an expert at all just an IT guy lol
it worked, but when the call is ended, the line remain off hook, I mean when I try to call the number again it gives me that the line is busy and I have to reboot the system so that the line get back to work, any help?

Hello Just wanted to know, if forwarded all call to off site number, can we do it like always forward without pressing any button on phone.

Could be something wrong with the hook switch on the phone, does the phone look like it stays off hook when you hang it up?
