Did *ALL* Of The Evolutions Get Nerfed?

taking a look on the balance changes after recording this video, i can say that most of the evos didnt get straightly nerfed but more reworked.
though some evos did get only nerfed like the evo bomber or mortar

Well at this moment, since the balance changes aren't even out, probably evo bomber and zap, because literally everyone uses it in top ladder.
But after the balance changes i have no idea :(
