I don't like how every so often you softly speak because I have my volume up and it's too loud but if I keep it down then it's too quiet

She always whispers extremely softly (almost mumbles) at the MOST IMPORTANT parts in every sentence😭 sometimes I literally can’t hear what she’s saying
