Health and Safety Issues? well... that's THE Reason all western Companies let produce in those Countries: It saves costs!
In those Countries the Material is the biggest expense, since there live way too much People there anyways. There will always be plenty enough of Workforce eagerly waiting to take over and earn some money after accidents/illnesses...
At least where I live (Switzerland) Material is the least expensive. All the Health/Safety/Insurances and general Wages/Time off Requirements are so freakingly high that all the big Companies close down production one after another and let their Products be made in those Low-Cost Countries... There is hardly anything that gets the full 100% of Production here anymore. Even basic everyday Food is over 60% Import now...

Cutting stainless sheets with no gloves! The guy shaping the bucket (5:00) is an artist. And no eye protection for the spot welder. These guys earn every penny.

Show this video to the Kardashians .... i think that a single glass of wine they drink it to a meal can easy cover payment for a week of work for those artisans.

I read in many comments that the film shows artists ... There are several billion such "artists" around the world. They are formally free, without court sentences, and work like this for their entire short lives. Perhaps, some of them have a bicycle, or maybe even a motorcycle. But even if they worked like this for 500 years and ate nothing to save money, they worked like this for 500 years and ate nothing to save money, they will never live in such luxuries as Ghislaine Maxwell, who was sentenced to 20 years in "prison."

When you get a raise , you can get yourself a new pair of sandles. I could think of so many ways to make this operation so much more efficient! Just having the scrap go into a barrel so they don't have to bend over and pick it up! Fun to watch but they are still in the 1890's as far as efficient productivity.

Another step in the process was not recorded for our visual edification. However, I get the general idea of how the buckets are made. Just need some missing clips from the Edit Room Floor.
