With gray being colorless, I think that would have issues lol perhaps orange? Phase outs and evade damage and air/wind stuff is already pretty blueish so while it sounds cool I’m not sure lol favorite colors are green, black, red, blue and white! It is a forgotten McDonalds character from the 80's. It was created to promote the McDonalds dinners, in the McTonight hours (like 8pm to 11pm). Then people used the character to promote racism and the white superiority, so McDonalds deleted the character. But hey! I don't use it for those reasons, i just like the character hahaha. People now doesn't know him, so all fine. Be safe bro! ❤️
Why not splash a bit of green to do otter's other thing? I have a read/blue otter prowess things but not the typical characters other than slickshot, monstrous rage, and others. Kind of want to retool it a bit to protect things more but then you can't like bump shit necessarily or go aggressive. Trying to find a nice balance but I like things getting buffed permanently from card draw if the profit is down. It's also a little less aggro than my current red/blue build w/ slickshot. monstrous rage, ancestral anger....I do love the versatility of the scalding viper.
The reason for no green is because I want to maximize the flow of knowledge. You can technically get an island and green with the surveil lands, but felt a tap land would hurt a deck this low to the ground. You definitely can do it tho! Just might hurt a flow of knowledge later. Scalding Viper is so damn good! I have ran that card in a handful of my videos. It's so slept on in tempoy Izzet! :D

blue represents water and air in MTG, thats why blue has all the fliers and even air elementals ;)
