I wept so many times in the course of this talk. Alhamdulillah thumma Alhamdulillah. I never get tired of making dua for Shaykh YQ. He is indeed a blessing to us in this generation . Points:
1. The religiousity of your children is all about YOU first.
If you are really religious yourself as a parent, the love will automatically flow into the children.
2. Before you hang the children throats with This is Haram that is Haram talk, Learn how to make them LOVE ALLAH and HIS MESSENGER first.
When that happens, they'll even by themselves want to follow who they LOVE...unlike they perceiving the GOD OF RELIGION as a bad person that is making life hard for them, denying them the sweet enjoyment all their friends are having access to.
3. Appreciate the good you see in your immediate environment and try to make it better than it is. Because when you see the environment as a permanent place for you, you'll definitely plan a long term goal of making it a better place. Because you know it's peace is ypu long term peace.
4. Build an Islamic atmosphere and community. Let Islam fill the face of the community. Build Islamic complex of Mosques, Halls, Madrasa etc, where the Muslims can corelate and coexist together.
This celebrational and congregational mood, fastens the Islamic bond and love in the heart of Muslims, both young and old.
I'm a French Muslima and because of Sheyk I feel like I should become an American Muslim 😅

Ameen, ameen Allahumma ameen. I love and respect him truly as one of the most honest, knowledgeable Sheikh, who is visionary and the are amongst the few who are brave and bold to tell the Muslim to "wake up n smell the stench of reality",hitting our children and present ummah.
Sadly though the older generation or those raised in strict rigid religious environment, will NEVER appreciate what SYQ is trying to educate n inculcate in us.
And unfortunately too, there will be those who will purposely misquote this lecture just to penalized YQ.
But Alhamdullilah, alhamdullilah thuma Alhamdullilah, Allah is always with the sincere and the noble.
