Seems to be Yak 1B from 152nd GvIAP 12GIAD piloted by Sergey Lugansky in 1944. Looking at WW2 pictures, the aircraft does not appear as dark as your model. It was most likely a grey/dark grey camouflage scheme, not dark grey/black.
