    "The more years I coached, the more simple I get." the best line and same exact thing I experienced coaching Grades 4, 5 & 6. when I started, I was so excited to teach set plays - which didn't worked during my first couple of years. the following years I shifted ro.teaching fundamentals instead like pass-and-cut and ball-screens from either sides. and my next generations of youth athletes I handled improved so much since they only need to perform princibles and don't need to remember set plays.

    is this best against man or zone?

      Man and it could work against a zone, if that team running the zone is not really good. Against a really good team with talent, speed, and height, running this offense is iffy.

    Putting your reversal option in the slot seems to make no sense. Their defender can just plug the nail spot and be back on ball pretty easily
