Angieaug ! It’s me again! I saw the video of the stairs. I said oh I love the stairs in that house; As if it were someone’s home. Then I realized Oh my it’s Angieaug at work again. Stunning results. I told you that you need and are talented enough to have a dollhouse show!
Wow you nailed it. So easy for stairs now thank you. And yes please do a video on the how you did the tiles. I really like how your diy explain things. And look forward to you videos. Oh another thing could you show us your entire house so far. I'm having trouble with colors in every room.
Thank you! I detest doing hand rails and loath the wasted space beneath the stairs. It is so hard to paper and trim. The wall is an excellent idea. I love the stairs with a landing instead of one long tread.
Those steps look really cool with the tile on the riser. I like the additional wall, it eliminates the need for a hand rail and increases wall space. You can also use the space under the stairs for hidden storage.
I was thinking the same thing, Anne. I have a difficult time with the hand rail in my doll house. I like the wall instead of the stair rail. I am looking forward to trying this in my doll house.
Thank you so very much for this tutorial on stairs! This is one of my struggle points. You explained the process thoroughly... Thank you 😁 Making the tiles would be great 👍
How gorgeous! When it comes to building your homes, you have exquisite taste! I love how you built the stairs; you make it look easy. I would like to know more about how you made the tiles, like, why you were using a ball tool on the back, etc... thank you for sharing.
Interesting way of doing stairs. I love the tile risers. Just a small thing. Greenleaf isn't Real Good Toys (as per the title)--important only because the houses are made of very different materials which would impinge on building issues.
The video where she shows cutting the round hole for the window here, she talks about getting a power tool to get through the MDF, that's in THE RGT houses. Pretty sure this Charlie's cozy cottage is a RGT model. Or she could have used a craft knife.
When the doll popped in how perfect it turned out really showed!
Thank you!
I was totally dreading making a tedious spindle railing and now I don't have to. Your idea to put a wall is brilliant! Thank you.

I am impressed with your stairs. You make it seem simple. Really adds a lot to the house.

They are so pretty these stairs. Reminds me of the stairs in a Spanish country house or Finca.
Thank you!

Yes, the extra wall space is definitely convenient. The Glencroft has a bookshelf and fireplace built into the wall.

@@tamiamyourfavoritedragon8890 Cool, I hope it works for you, I haven't gotten to stairs yet, but I think it looks much easier to do.
I'm planning built in shelves under my stairs. This wall has me second guessing...

Where did you get your figurine?
This looks like a REAL house...not a doll house...😃
