Anyone remember NewBeat records on Westheimer bear Montrose in Houston. I forget the guys name that was always working there but he made my first, second and third NRG Series CDs. $100 each and worth every penny. I still have them and they play better than any typical DVD burner on the market today. I remember him saying the burner was around $10k back then. 1990/1991? It was a very cool record store. Of course Record Rack took most of my paychecks back then. Lol. Their was a chick named Claudia that owned a record store then also which was a little bit farther west on Westheimer in a strip center, off the road a bit. I wish I could remember the name of her record shop. It was very industrial. 👍. Good times. I have around 34 of these CDs now and will eventually get to the end. Promise!
